Policies

  • Minimum stay required (Call for single night availability)
  • Smoking is allowed outside only
  • We cannot accommodate guest pets
  • Children are welcome (Children over age 1 charged at regular guest rate)
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted
  • There is a $35 fee per night for each individual above two in the room
  • Deposit amount required (34% of the total cost of stay or one night, whichever is greater. Visa, Discover, AmEx, or Mastercard accepted for deposit but prefer cash or traveler’s check for remainder.)
  • Check in time is 4:00-6:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am
  • Cancellations:
    With cancellation 7 days prior to reservation date, will receive a full refund less a $35.00 processing fee.
