• 2-night minimum stay required
  • Smoking is allowed outside only
  • We cannot accommodate guest pets
  • Children are welcome (Children over age 1 charged at regular guest rate)
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted
  • There is a $35 fee per night for each individual above two in the Casita (2 bedroom guest house).  Other accommodations are limited to 2 people.
  • Deposit amount required (34% of the total cost of stay or one night, whichever is greater). Visa, Discover, AmEx, or Mastercard accepted for deposit and appreciate cash and personal checks for the balance upon arrival (but accept credit cards).
  • Check-in time is 4:00-6:00 pm and check out time is 11:00
  • Cancellations: We understand that sometimes a change in plans is necessary. Charges for cancellations are determined on a case-by-case basis. You may be responsible for the charges for any room nights we are unable to rebook if you cancel within our 7-day cancellation period. This includes any portion of your reservation that is cancelled once you have checked in. A $35 processing fee will be charged for cancellations occurring before that 7-day period.
