I never did reply to your request. Of course, anyone can write about the street fair. There is also a website you can go to for additional information.

I would go to www.arizona-bed-breakfast.com and see if you can download the Standards for the Arizona Association for B & B inns. It is probably under membership information. That will give you a good idea of what you need to consider. Then you need to check with your county zoning to see what is allow and the county board of health to see its requirements.

I think this will be the 14th time I've stayed at Hacienda, and I'm so looking forward to it. This year, I'll be bringing paintings with me, and of course, I'll take the opportunity to paint while there.
My husband will be there with me for a week or so.

This is the most wonderful place for me to stay - right near Saguaro National Park and just a half hour drive away from one of my favorite painting and walking places - Sabino Canyon. There are too many beautiful vistas in Tucson to ever paint them all!

Over the past 14 years that I've stayed with the Browns at their lovely B&B, I've had the opportunity to observe these little creatures... the Javelina.

They may look cute and cuddly, but they are indeed wild and hide substantial tusks under those cute peccary lips. Many times, they can be seen feeding by the watering pond at breakfast time - they're easy to watch through the huge picture window from the breakfast table.

Nothing like being in the desert where you see javelina by day and hear coyotes by night.
